I love WIS and I think all the programmers are awsome and probably cute too !
brown noser
Well I hate them all & there random BS to many good teams for all owners win 10+ then lose 10+ then win 10+ this is just crazy
& they can keep talking about random luck what a funny they make I want some like Booger to tell me the odds of going to 12 World Series & losing everyone really what are the odds on that some one please tell me & dont just say it is random luck
The odds of losing 12 World Series are 50/50.  Either it happens or it doesn't.

Say for instance a pitcher starts a game at 80%, after 60 pitches or so will a graduated fatigue penalty kick in or will he throw 120 pitches at a penalty level of 80%? In other words is the penalty "real time" or does his fatigue percentage (80%) hold for the entire game regardless of the # of pitches thrown? Hypothetically next start he's at 72%, does he stay at 72% and so on.
He's stays at 80% until in game fatigue kicks in.....he'll be at 80% until he would normally (if he started at 100) get to 79.   I think.

Trentonjoe, in your explanation above, if a pitcher started at 100% and let's say throws 100 pitches in a game during the course of which his fatigue level has dropped 21 points to 79, do you mean if he started the game at 80% by let's say pitch #100 he is gradually moving down to roughly 60% fatigue "real time"?

No...in the above example, the pitcher would throw at 80% for the first 100 pitches and then get to 79 at pitch 101.   Play a live game or two, you'll see how it works.
