as defending champion of this league, I'd sure love to see it return for another season...that and I'm still the last entrant into the TOC at $40 mill. This TOC has already been open for 2 years!

I am working on rules for its sister league the Japanese Pacific Coast League".

I am thinking 3 guys who have played in Japan, one native Asian, and the rest guys with salaries under 500k.

I think the parks need to be small, so the HR rating needs to be +1 or greater.

Any ideas?

Might consider adding any "Asian" named player, whether native or not, i.e Lenn Sakata, and open it up to the Aussies as well, just to expand the player pool a bit.

And sign me up.
