For every hitter multiply 1.1 times their PA to get their usable PA. For pitchers 1.1 times IP will give you a rough idea but not 100% accurate.
In an Open League you will get usable AAA players with 200-400 PA availability. Mostly you get Long and Mop-up type AAA pitchers. Once in a while you'll get a good RP.

I spent the night reading the posts, so I kind of understand, sort of (yeah I know girl lives in Vegas and she spends Saturday night reading how to play simulated baseball games - pretty sad huh?)
I think I will stick with what I know first - draft fantasy studs like HoJO, Foxy Ryan Sandberg, Canseco, Arod... and pitchers like Peavy/Schilling/Glavine.
I will take Boogerlips advice and take it one team at a time.
Question - why does everyone seem to hate this Bob Caruthers? That guy gets a LOT of negative pub!
