Too soon to tell? He's been in the league for over 15 years. Just because he wasn't a head coach doesn't mean he didn't exist. I watched him for about 9 or 10 years with the Ravens. He's a classic football coach; his goal is to win and he speaks his mind. He's in the mold of a Parcells or Bobby Knight. He'll go all out for his team, but he's so passionate he says and does stupid things. I'm too tired to cite examples now, but he's definitely had plenty of incidents that prove he isn't far from his dad's shadow.
I wasn't happy to see him leave Baltimore because he is a very good and dedicated coach, but its hard to deny his jackass-like attitude if you've watched/read about him over the years.
