I received a message from fatguyrd’s son that he passed away yesterday. I’ve shared quite a few leagues with him over the years. Definitely a big loss for the WIS community.

He was a big time Phillies fan as I am and he was always happy to talk about the Dick Allen teams
and Dick Allen getting into the Hall of Fame. He loved that Phillies era.

He is one of the really nice guys who will be missed.

Win or lose, he kept things fun (made them more fun) here on this site. I'm glad to know the games brought him enjoyment, he was still site mailing at least last week while in and out of the hospital. Prayers for Bob and his family and friends.
