The best comparison I have is Player Profile: Dorssys Prieto - Hardball Dynasty Baseball | WhatIfSports.   I'd expect your guy to produce similar numbers.  Maybe a little better as he's a lefty.    He's somewhere between starter/all-star.    He should play 2B/3B but you could shove him in CF with little ill effect.    As a CF, he might be an A/S.   He'd be a mess at SS.

Interesting question.   We've seen plenty of QB who can't win the big game and I recall RGIII rolling around on the ground with the ball inches away in a playoff game.   So it can't be those.    Perhaps he meant "A grown man who acts like a 5 y/o when things don't go his way so he takes his ball and goes home."

Yes, if his production warranted it.    Backload and make year 5 an option.   He shouldn't start to decline until 37 but might as well build in a back-up plan just in case.
