In Gleeman World he's won his division 31 times in 36 seasons, with 11 WS rings.
In Gleeman World 2 he's won his division 23 times in 26 seasons, with 10 WS rings.

How does a franchise get 20+ years of QB play from Favre/Rodgers and have only two Super Bowl championships during that time? Would any other franchise have done as poorly?

I'm almost certain Cleveland would have found a way to ruin both of them.   Oakland would have replaced Rodgers with Jamarcus.   And Jerry would still be trying to trade for Manziel.  Truth is, if you're winning a Super Bowl every 10 years, you probably shouldn't complain too loudly.

Is there a way to improve the chances of your guys getting injured? I have a few minor league guys who are fringe who could be pretty good after a broken arm or bulging disk.
