Again the election in 2012 wasnt a clear cut win for either side.

Obama did win, but he clearly showed less of a mandate than any 2nd term president in the last 40 years.

Republicans are winning on the ground. State houses, Governorships and the House.

When it is just a case of people looking at 2 candidates and picking the person that is closest to them we win.

When it is a national story and Stewart and SNL get to create a false image of someone we lose.

Again Palin isnt stupid, Romney isnt out of touch, McCain isnt grumpy and Ryan isnt crazy. This is the left wing pop culture telling people it isnt cool to vote Republican.
This is so far beyond reality that I must allow it to stand. Everyone needs to see how ignorant Peggy really is.

Hey swamp the Democrats won the senate, presidency and got 1.4 million more votes in the house than republicans did. If it wasn't for Gerrymandering the democrats would control the house too.

And there you go.

No analysis. No explaining your point.

A simple insult.

You cannot defend your position. You cannot explain what makes the Democrats better for blacks, latinos or women. You just know that you can use fear to get people to vote against their beliefs.

OK *******

The election of 2012 WAS a clear mandate
Point 2 about 40 years.....a complete LIE
Point 3...another lie.
Point 4 makes no sense
And Palin is stupid, Romney is out of touch McCain is on occasion grumpy, and clearly Ryan is not crazy, he is an Ayn Rand cultist.

I have provided as much analysis as you have.

Lets pick out one.

I said Obama showed less of a mandate than any other 2nd term President in the last 40 years...

So the 2nd termers are...

Nixon in 72
Reagan in 84
Clinton in 96
Bush in 2004
Obama in 2012

So Nixon won a close race in 68 and won by one of the biggest landslides ever in 72.

Reagan won by a solid margin in 80 and won by one of the biggest landslides ever in 84.

Clinton was similar in both his elections, but he got more support in 96.

Bush won by a tiny margin in 2000, even losing the popular vote, and he won by a close but larger margin in 2004.

Obama is the only one that went down in support in his 2nd term. By a pretty large number.

Sorry you once again proved that your crazy ranting is nothing compared to hard core facts!

All you are doing is mouthing the fascist right wing propaganda. SHOW ME THE NUMBERS!
3/19/2013 2:39 PM
Im sorry you don't know that 72 and 84 were 2 of the biggest landslides in history?

You dont know that Bush won in 2000 by one of the smallest margins ever?

I assumed a basic working knowledge of history when I talked to you.

Do you ever get tired of parroting the fascist line? It is getting pretty tired!
3/19/2013 3:47 PM
Still....unwilling to quote numbers. I know which were the landslides. You claim Obama won by the slimmest margin.....that is the number you fail to prove but then you claim a lot of things that you can not back up.

A tea party leader in Texas is defending his promotion of the American Fascist Party as something he thought was "pro-Constitution, pro-America."

James Ives, who was listed as the president of the Greater Fort Bend County Tea Party in 2011, confirmed to The Texas Tribune on Monday that he had made a promotional video for the American Fascist Party and advocated tea party principles on a Fascist Party message board.

In the video, a man who looks like Ives sits in front of a Fascist Party logo wearing a uniform with yellow shoulder patches. Another photo shows a uniformed man sitting in front of a fascist cross. The blog that inspired Norwegian mass shooter Anders Behring Breivik describes fascist solar crosses as "symbolic representations buried deep in the regions of the brain where the primal responses to stimuli are rage, awe, and fear."

But Ives says that he was simply curious when he came to the Fascist Party as an "amateur political science student and frustrated novelist" in the early 2000s.

"From my point of view, it was all pro-Constitution, pro-America," Ives explained to the Tribune. "I never did anything... There really weren’t enough people involved to be a gathering, let alone a rally. It was basically a scattering of people across the continent just complaining.”

The tea party leader claimed that he his participation in the Fascist Party was part of an effort to write a novel about what he thought was a cabal. But instead of writing that novel, Ives wrote on the message board about how building the Fascist Party in America was "our spirit, our calling."

"It will be our greatest challenge, and our sweetest victory, to finally surpass this dark menace, this numbing threat from the shadows, and replace it with the pure sunbeam that is our Fascist Faith, our Fascist Truth," Ives wrote.

Republican state Sen. Dan Patrick pledged not to host Ives on his radio show in the future if the links to the Fascist Party proved to be true.

Patrick called the tea party leader's involvement with the fascist movement "very disturbing, no matter how far in the past it is." The state senator insisted that Ives had "never been on our payroll, never been an employee."
