Good luck cashing in reward points. Topic

Man good to know its working, though I still have to make it to the WS and win a TOC. If I can't get my girl an Amazon GC then I'll have to keep hearing about how much time and money I waste on my stupid little fantasy baseball.

ok so I just redeemed reward points for 8 Amazon GC yesterday, any idea of how long it takes to receive them these days?

When this thread was first posted I know WIS was going through some kind of makeover but from what I've read in the latest posts things seem to have picked up some. I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait a month...

well I got my answer, I just received my GC yesterday so that was pretty fast. One Shake 'n Bake comming my way.

My current order (submitted July 4th) is "On Hold"....so how long will it take to cash in this time?

Funny how after my order was processed, the reward center now shows Amazon GC's are out of stock. This is getting to be a joke. I wonder if TK has a no compete agreement on a new web site....you know, one that actually gives rewards in a timely fashion to customers that earn them.

Admin says that Amazon won't let them have a running account...they have to purchase each individual $25 Gift Card.

The process is obviously flawed. After the initial 2 1/2 month ordeal, I was assured that once everything was straightened out it would not be an issue in the future. So much for that.

Amazon has a policy for bulk e-cards that they have to be purchased in advance in large bulk orders. This was a change in policy for us back in January because we had to adjust the manner in which we paid for the cards.

When all systems are normal, there should be no delay in ordering and distributing gift cards. There was a delay in January because it was a shift to a new policy.

There is a delay now, because there were some changes within our parent organization and the division that physically cut the check for our order has changed. We don't expect the delay to be much longer. After this initial delay, there should be no more hold ups with our reward center.
