Amazon has a policy for bulk e-cards that they have to be purchased in advance in large bulk orders. This was a change in policy for us back in January because we had to adjust the manner in which we paid for the cards.
When all systems are normal, there should be no delay in ordering and distributing gift cards. There was a delay in January because it was a shift to a new policy.
There is a delay now, because there were some changes within our parent organization and the division that physically cut the check for our order has changed. We don't expect the delay to be much longer. After this initial delay, there should be no more hold ups with our reward center.
