My guess is tiger was on the juice and used the "banging chicks" thing as a diversion.  He just looks a lot smaller than he did 2 years ago.

Why else would Elin be paid a kajillion dollars to stay quiet?  Would it harm him if she said he likes to pork strange waitressesand stuff?  Not a bit, world knows that already.  But would it hurt him if she gave details of his steroid cycles?  damn skippy.

You might be able to judge the condition of the sand. Is it compacted, etc..., and then gain some knowledge of how far to hit under the ball, or how hard to hit the ball.
