If he's guilty he shouldn't be a Senator, same as for that jerk from Alabama.
I hope Democrats assume Franken's guilty just like they have voraciously attacked Moore before any arrest or trial.
I hope republicans that assume Frankens guilt assume the same for the Donald.
Franken's up to two accusers. Ut oh!!
If Franken is guilty he should be thrown out of the senate. Same goes for anyone. If they are guilty, they should be punished.
I agree. Fully.
Franken is guilty of sexually harassing women... There's photos. But nothing will happen to franken. It'll be he's apologized so all is good.

See the difference between Dem voters and GOP voters?

Franken's career is probably over. I wouldn't vote for him. I don't think other Dems will either. You certainly won't see a bunch of polls coming out where Dems say the allegations make them want to vote for Franken even more now.

And he's not even a pedophile like Moore, he's just a creep.

See Bill Clinton. Both parties have double standards. The dems are forced to disavow Franken, because if they don't they will lose all credibility in the Moore situation.
A) Clinton is not in office. When his allegations came out, people were concerned with whether or not he was lying, not if he abused his power. Society has changed.

B) Dems ARE disavowing Franken. Are you going to disavow Trump?

Bill Clinton is a disgusting pig as well. Neither Franken or Moore has been proven guilty. Until they are, they are innocent.
Well, that’s dumb. No one is going on trial, nothing will ever be proven. But, luckily, nothing needs to be proven. We can evaluate the evidence and put pressure on them to quit/resign if it seems likely that they did it.

Go back and read my earlier posts. I did that before he even won the primary. His comments about women didn't bother me as much as the fact that he contracted companies to work for him, wouldn't pay them, and then filed bankruptcy. I have spent my entire life around sports. Demeaning comments are made constantly by both the left and the right. I took Trump's comments as him being a narcissist and trying to impress people.

Also, I understand that the AL GOP is still supporting Moore, but the national Republican Party has disavowed Moore.

The left was very excited about the possibility of Bill becoming the first gentleman. They were willing to overlook all of his transgressions. It wasn't until the last couple of weeks that the media has started saying we screwed up by giving Bill Clinton a pass. Society hasn't changed that much. This kind of behavior is only condemned if it benefits either party to condemn it. We are even hearing a lot from the left saying that "well, What Franken did isn't as bad as what Moore did." This is true, but I don't think you can justify sin by comparing it to another sin. They were both wrong.

um, its one of the bedrocks of the American judicial system. Innocent until proven guilty.

Maybe I haven't seen all the photos, but in the one photo I saw, it didn't look like Franken was touching her. Regardless, it was a stupid, crass, sexist thing to do, and Franken should be (and says he is) ashamed. At least he admitted it,, unlike almost everyone else who has been accused like Trump, Moore.....

Yeah...of the judicial system. No one is facing the judicial system here. We can evaluate and make a determination based on the evidence at hand, but no one will be “proven” guilty.

Franken will go in front of a "judicial" system. They are going to do an ethics investigation of the situation. I would assume and really hope that if Moore wins they will do the same. If I'm not mistaken, nobody has been expelled from congress since the civil war and we could possibly have 2 within a year. Saying that, I don't think Franken should be expelled unless more women start coming forward. Leave it up to the voters in the next election.

No. An ethics investigation is not judicial.

Hence the " ". It actually most certainly is. He won't be going in front of the American court system, but he will be judged.

so, because they won't be before a judge and/or jury we should just assume they are guilty?

So it isn’t because you used quotes but it is?????

The judicial system is a specific thing. Neither will face it.
