1) don't believe anything with the word 'could' in it. 2) it's never been done before.

Apparently its already been discussed bc the JUDGE (not Mueller) has already said she would be inclined to issue a gag order, something that isn't uncommon.

Pretty sure she said she'd be inclined to issue a gag order on Manafort and Gates... Not on Trump. That's common. Trump is not on trial.

and your forgetting the phony trump dossier paid for by hillary and the dnc i.e. obama brings both of them into the investigation.

and the investigation is supposed to be about russian election interference not just trump.

I agree with you on those points. As I've continually stated, I'm ok with anyone, be it Chump, Hillary, Obama, etc, being held accountable for their actions bc its not a democrat republican thing for me. It's about right and wrong, no matter who they are!

But TRUMP hasn't done anything Illegal. The left and the media are making **** up like Russian collision and Trump dossiers. The stuff Manafort and Gates were indicted for have nothing to do with Trump and the campaign. A low level guy 'attempting' to get dirt on Hillary is not illegal.

You already think Trump is guilty so you're ok with this behavior to frame trump as the bad guy. True fact.

Funny thing. Have you noticed that since the indictments, Chump is no longer calling the investigation a hoax or witchhunt or fake? Lol. He now knows that this **** is real and that people may be going to prison. If Manafort is convicted (which he would be if he chooses to have a trial) the federal sentencing guidelines call for a recommended sentence of between 12 and 15 years. Does anyone seriously think he won't flip and and start talking?

Put another way, would any of you go to prison for 12 years for Chump??? I didn't think so!

i also agree if trump is dirty he should also be held accountable. for me the most important thing trump is doing is bringing to light the swamp, It is a terrible thing that has been destroying this country from the inside out. The rampant overspending and outright theft needs to be corrected when senators and house represenatives are living in multi-million dollar mansions (and in some cases owning multiple mansions) someone needs to be asking how, how on a slightly larger than middle american income can these swamp dwellers afford such outlandishments. Someone needs to bring in the reigns of entitlements the gross theft of public dollars by ordinary citizens is also a travesty on this great country. I don,t really believe Trump is the end all answer but i hope he is the beginning of a new peaceful revolution that takes back american values and incorporates those values to a new generation. One where the American dream can take hold again for everyone.

Moy, as money hungry and as smart as Chump thinks he is, are you gonna sit there and say its a stretch to believe he helped russians launder money and evaded taxes? Especially when you consider the type of russians he sold property to or went into development projects with (guys connected with the russian mob), and the fact that he's hiding his financial records, and his own handpicked campaign manager was indicted for conspiracy to money laundering. No, it hasn't been proven yet, but there's that thing called 'circumstantial evidence' that people get convicted on everyday in our judicial system. And Mueller is obviouly looking into those things.

Of course i don't know for a fact that Chump is guilty o a crime, just like you don't know for a fact that he's innocent, and we won't know this until Mueller completes his investigation. But Chump and/or his campaign people certainly ACT like they have something to hide, especially with the lies about russian contacts as well as their sudden forgetfulness when it comes to issues pertaining to russia. And where i come from, if it looks like a fish and smells fishy, then by golly, it must be a fish.

you are probably right, after a year Mueller should know all about crooked Hillary and sleazy obama. but will his one sided investigation do anything about it. that is the real question you should be asking.

You're forgetting one thing. Mueller only no authority to investigate Hillary or Obama. He only has the authority to investigate things that may be connected with Trump/Russia.

Why?

Just search the authority that Mueller was given when he was appointed. But as rjj pointed out, it may be possible that he could look into election collusion against Hillary too.
