NO but raise the basic exemption to like $20,000.. This way the low income earners can save and invest more money, then leave the middle of the pack alone, over 150 thousand maybe increase by 3% and over a million income ok an extra 5 percent.. It's kinda funny that your tax proposal is actually a higher increase than Biden's. Biden merely proposed an increase in the corporate tax rate and a 2.6% increase in the tax rate for the highest income bracket. If Biden actually proposed your tax increase, people like you would call him a socialist who wants to steal money from the rich.

And you want to stop spending money on drug issues and end the drug war, but also marijuana shouldn't be legal? That doesn't make any sense. Legalizing weed would reduce government spending.

Legalizing weed also gives kids a mental green light to go get stoned. Think this through. and if you are a pot smoker, than I cannot debate this.

Anyhow, my BIG proposal is to spend less, and spend smarter. For eg:

PPhood would not get one red cent from me. No monies would go overseas.. period. Cut unemployment to 4 months, for those on their second go round..

In Canada, i would de fund the CBC,, totally. and stop shovelling money off the truck .. meaning paying people NOT to work when there are half a million

I think Biden was purposefully "baiting" or triggering Trump.
