In todays world this is what makes you racist:
Mentioning race in any way
Not being totally politically correct
Supporting your race
Being white
Telling a racist joke
Judging by hair color
Disliking something someone likes
etc.
As you can see this word is grossly over-used and mis-used. It's truly pathetic. I pity the World. The truth is racism is ignorance and is bad. But not everything is racism and not everything has to be about race. Hope you learned something!

I think the CDC website says something like 27% of people below the poverty line smoke. I'm sure many drink alcohol. Lottery winners typically lose all their earnings, why? I teach financial education throughout the year to LMI earners. Great people, HORRIBLE with money.

And they get that from their parents. And their neighborhoods. Education is the only way out, particularly financial education.

Maybe it's time to stop enabling poor behavior.

Chicago Public Schools spend a hell of a lot more per pupil than the rest of the state.

As I said as early as first grade teach them this:

• Graduate HS
• Get a job
• Don't become a single parent.

Say it 100x a year every year. Once you become a single parent at 16, you drop out of school, don't get a job and live via the State. Cycle continues from generation to generation and becomes part of the culture. Break the cycle. Stop talking about racism and all that crap. Even if I am the biggest racist of all time I have zero say over what some kid does in say Pensacola Florida. As long as he/she graduates, gets a job and does not become a single parent they will be just fine. Turn to capitalism and all your ills will be solved. Socialism and social programs a bane to society. Because of social security, people are saving less and are having fewer kids. In the past people had to save to survive post retirement and had more kids so they could help. Now people spend frivolously and rely on the Gov't to bail them out all while whining insurance is too expensive. Since ACA only the insurance company profits have benefited. People have not. Check out the profits of the biggest firms before and after ACA. Those monies didn't go to the people they went to the insurance companies who are some of the biggest lobbyings for the Dems.

#2 and #1 can be difficult. I personally knew people who had to drop out to support their family. And you need a good education to get a job. My point was that EDUCATION FOR LOW INCOME STUDENTS SUCKS. If you send a kid to a bad school, they will think that their education does not matter, and the chances of dropping out are increased dramatically. The evidence supports this. Yes, if you work hard enough, you will get out. But it is MUCH harder than if you start from the top. That is unfair. Education is the one thing that EVERYONE deserves.

I was never talking about racism. Yes, some people abuse the system. It needs tweaking. But we can't leave these people out to die.

Liberal/Socialist policies have failed for 40 years. We can both agree. Lets give capitalism a try. I disagree that the education sucks. Teach for America sends its very best to these schools. Parents are the ones who suck. We have Metco in our town and the kids with two parents are the ones who are fine, those with one are miscreants and our school system is one of the best in the country.

Give capitalism a chance.

We assume JOHNSON spoke to WILSON but we only have the WILSON account. THE ONLY OTHER ACCOUNT at this time comes from local media outlet NBC6. She chose to talk to NBC. SO.........the whole account comes from what REP WILSON said to an NBC affiliate.
