I was a journalist. In the United States Navy. Fort Benjamin Harrison. Defense Information School. Far East Network. Okinawa. USS BLUE RIDGE LCC-19. San Diego. Long Beach. Vietnam.

I would love to talk to Tangplay so we could share some of our experiences. I have the most basic question EVERY journalist could answer in a minute. I would love to pose that question to my good friend tangplay and allow him one minute to answer. WE get on the same page/time and do it.

I wonder if my Jewish Journalist friend will ever consider. After all, as the torchbearer of the 4th estate, I'm sure he understands.

Boris - I agree. It is a mixture of both. Throwing money at it does not solve. It needs to be a mixture of both. It is a mindset of poor people. TRUST ME, programs exist. My dad works at one. The issue is the mindset that poor people don't trust them. We need to end that mentality.

They are poor cause they are bad with money. Period. We need to educate them to be better and at a very young age. No reason to spare feelings.

He means INVESTIGATE. He's a journalist.

Does any nation spend more money on education than we do?
