Sitting Bull

Dna has confirmed the grandson of Sitting Bull.
His name is Ernie.
The amazing thing is he is the spitting image of Sitting Bull with the same downturned mouth.

I did not know that Sitting Bull was killed by Indian police when he was 59 on a North Dakota reservation.
The police were trying to arrest him because that thought he was going to start an uprising.
There was a skirmish and he was shot and killed in 1890.

A lock of hair from Sitting Bull taken after he was killed was used for the testing.

I was referring to you as one of the few good but infrequent posters btw.

This Week’s Docket of Events

Monday - Supreme Court oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Texas abortion case and the case involving DOJ as a plaintiff - whether DOJ can do that.

Teusday - Virginia gubernatorial election.The great Steve Kornaki will be at the board.

Maybe Thursday - votes on the infrastructure bills.

The oral arguments for the Texas case start at the Supreme Court this morning.
One would think that MSNBC and CNN would have regular updates on their programs throughout.

So far sounds like 7-2 for plaintiff.
The solicitor general is up.
The feed cut away for the President’s speech at the climate summit at Glasgow, Scotland.

Before the arguments were cut the Justices were not hospitable to the solicitor general.
It even appears that Thomas is in play.

It is very safe to say that the SBA Texas law will be invalidated. The 3 liberal justices will combine with Barrett and Kavenaugh for sure and Roberts.
Alito will vote for Texas. Thomas is in play. Goresuch is tough to read.
In any event the plaintiffs will be able to go back to District court for injunctive relief after the Court strikes down the bounty enforcers in the law.

Also there were some references to Roe v Wade as the law of the land by a few of the conservative justices that solidified my very strong belief that Roe v Wade will not be overturned in the Mississippi case on December 1 and the battleground in my opinion will turn to age of true viability. It could be lowered.

It is possible that a quick remedy by the Court could come instead of waiting the usual 5 months because of the already established chilling effect.
If it happens maybe sometime next week.

Covid Death Rate - approximately 1 out of 442.
This is all ages. 50-65 and 65 and older are Both extremely alarming to any normal sensible person in those age groups who wants to live and does not want to risk their life like it is a sports parlay.

The number for 49-74 is in the realm of 1 out of 300
and 75 and older is much much worse - about 1 in 200.

The total population rate will be 1 in 425 by Thanksgiving.

Shirley this is the United States mantra and message today about the most compelling UFO Air Force sightings.
We have 2 Presidents and many current and high ranking military and intelligence agency officials and other high ranking government officials telling us that they want to say more but just not quite yet.

They have finally told us that they know what they are not which is all the prior explanations and the only thing they are not quite ready to publicly say straightforward is what they do believe them to be.
We are just one step from an affirmative statement.

Growing up with all of the debunking and secrecy and silence it is strange to now be receiving tacit agreement from the government very casually that the ufos are crafts that are “manned” but are not from earth.

And what is even a stranger thing(s) is that the public just takes it totally in stride like we do every other mind bending thing going on like potential doom to the planet from growing climate change or going on 1 million dead from Covid in USA ( at 750,000 now )
or the growing prospect of another more serious threat to the democracy of the republic. I mean everybody still remembers the Alamo but we already are forgetting about January 6.

I think if a ufo landed like somewhere it would have a 24-48 hour news cycle.

Why are they here. It is time to prepare and ask the questions. The truth is that they were first sighted in 1947 after the two atomic bombs. And there were major sightings with photos around the capitol around 1952 that Truman said could not be explained and only a cocomamy excuse of weather in inversion was made despite radar contact and Air Force eye witnesses. You can look up the reports of the buzzing ufo crafts and I think that was actually the start of the saucer descriptions and all the science fiction movies followed.

There have been so many sightings around the world near nuclear reactors.
It sure does seem that they are monitoring us.
After almost 75 years if they wanted to go on the offensive they would have done so by now.

I wonder if the growing climate calamity is something also being monitored and of great interest to them.

It is time to call on the occupants of interplanetary craft.
