If people send proxies, that could work. But I don't think you do get what I said. If someone's at work, or has another important issue pop up, they might not be able to get online during their hour time slot. Generally, a timer is best when it's put in place before the draft starts. It's the commissioner's call, but if a timer is put in place people should be given enough notice to be able to send proxies. Personally, I'm good with a timer being put in, but some people might not be as flexible with their schedule.
