These two are not the same. Tapped Out is not low potential. It is closer to NO potential. A Tapped Out guy will grow very little, no matter how much practice you give him or what his WE is. Low potential can still grow somewhere in the teens (maybe as much as the mid-20s), depending on certian things. A tapped out guy at any level will most probably grow less than 10 pts in a year. I've seen it and always take it as a "Tapped Out" player and never pursue it any farther.

2. Incredible upside potential (in the AC scouting rreport)
3. A truly gifted athlete (in the HC scouting report)

My LB John Hall was 'Sky is the limit with this kid' and he now has 22 points he gained after 3 exhibition and 2 season games. My FR* RB Robert Diaz has 23 points gained after the same amount of games.. I don't recall what the message was in his scouting report but I gaurantee you it was not one of these 3.

It's a sliding scale. Your RB could be on the very high end of high potential.
