Where can I find the claim itself?

On Paul's bio on his website. I didn't think Paul was with WIS in 2004, so I would love to see where he made these predictions...shouldn't they be visible somewhere?

Well played lol...just looking for some closure really, because the WIS Ridiculitions only go back a few years and I'd like to see proof of where Paul made these pre-tournament NCAA selections as well as others. Again, asking someone to own up to their claims/statements is somehow wrong?

You don't get it and won't get it....

I believe the claim is based on the final game participants, not the initial results of all participants. Its clever writing that is not false in its own sense but certainly can be misleading in another. I have never seen anyone predict the outcome of a finals based on the start of post season predictions and be held accountable for that. If you want to criticize the initial predictions.... sure. All prognosticators run below 60% I would imagine.

Run with it all you want. But just because you take it a certain way does not make it the common view or most understood interpretation. And it does not make you wrong either.

There are other things cited here and in other threads that I make no qualms about. Some things should be questioned. But what is said on the other cite (or claimed) is certainly not noted as pre tournament or pre final claims.

I believe the claim is based on the final game participants, not the initial results of all participants. I get this...I still want to see these supposed results because they aren't all readily available to the public. If you were right 83% of the time and were making the claim public, aren't you going to want to show people where the predictions were at or at least what the predictions were? Rockies over Red Sox was a big swing and a miss. Personally, the 5 out of 6 pre-tournament NCAAB champions seems to be a bit of bullshit to me, thus I'd love to see the results. Wouldn't proving your biggest critic wrong/proving yourself right against your biggest critics claims be most satisfying? Its clever writing that is not false in its own sense but certainly can be misleading in another. I didn't say it was false, I said I want to see the predictions. All prognosticators run below 60% I would imagine. You should be held accountable for whatever you do...both the pre-playoff predictions and the pre-finals predictions...why should I give a free pass on either?

Run with it all you want. But just because you take it a certain way does not make it the common view or most understood interpretation. And it does not make you wrong either. I was just pointing out that my emailed question to was an incredibly fair, respectful, and well put, thus the fact that it wasn't/hasn't been answered yet is a bit strange. Its very easy to make claims with no evidence.
