I just typed a big long post and deleted it when I realized I'm pretty sure where my error was, so now I can ask a fairly simple confirmation question...
When calculating the in-game limit for pitchers from a season with less than 162 GP, do you need to normalize the games pitched as well as the BFP, K, and BB?
If you don't normalized GP, Maddux '94 has an in-game limit of 174 pitches by my calculation. If you normalize it he's good for 124. Seems a bit more correct...
