Looks like the Power Index is developed by the ESPN Analytics Team. Probably time to cut those guys loose given they have Miami 74% to make the finals, which is also questionable. Maybe ESPN will start a book and make me rich.

Ugh thought I was gaining some momentum then 1-4 today. I swear I’ve had a disproportionate amount of OT losses but that’s probably just my imagination.

Miami was ready to be run out of the gym in that game. They were awful in the first 5 minutes and if Boston could get out of its own way they could have been in control of that game early. Except they were careless with the ball and could not shoot to save themselves and ended up out sucking the Heat.

I edited this post a couple times since I originally posted it but it hilariously keeps happening... 10.5% of games have gone to OT!!!! I can't catch a break.
