Its mostly provinces outside of the major cities and they are right. Too much corruption and chaos. I still have relatives there but they live in the big cities and they like it.

How old are your relatives? Were they around during Soviet era or are they younger?

My dad's sister is 80 her daughter is 45 and her grandson is 18? They were around for the Soviet Union well my dad's sister and my cousin were. From their perspective its better now. But I have distant relatives in the Ukraine and they believe it is way worse. I don't speak to them but my mom and dad do and they relay the messages to me.
