why not organise a draft with the 6 missing franchises? each owner would draft 1 or 2 players from these 6 teams and you decide draft ranking by random. 2 rounds each owner by exemple.
we have time to do this before launching of new season stats...

That might be a fine idea for another league. This has never been that type of league. I "know" most of our fellow owners here, I seriously doubt there's an appetite to add that level of complication to this.
