Robbing a bank is an intentional criminal act. Sending e-mail from your regular e-mail is just a force of habit stupid act. As a taxpayer, I don't want to pay for sending people to jail for being stupid, particularly when there's no reason to believe that the stupidity - having been pointed out - will be repeated.
Hillary's email issue points out her sense of self-privilege and that the rules shouldn't apply to her, because she's HILLARY. Not exactly the qualities I want in a President.

Sadly though, she's the "best" (relatively speaking) out of the absolute worst group of Presidential candidates this country has ever seen.
I don't even know if it's feeling that the rules don't apply to her in this case as much as being blissfully unaware of the rules, even though I'm sure she had to sign the paperwork. She probably breezed over that stuff as unimportant.

But hey, at her age, we should just be happy she knows how to use her own e-mail.
I'm not buying "blissfully unaware of the rules" as an excuse. She was working at the highest level of government, in the inner circle of the White House. I'm guessing she wasn't conducting diplomatic conversations with foreign heads of state on a $20 Tracfone that she picked up at Walmart. It goes beyond reason to think she she would be "blissfully unaware" that she likewise shouldn't be conducting official government business from her personal email server.

Plus, wasn't her husband somehow employed in the White House a decade or so earlier? She wasn't exactly a n00b at this "inner circle" stuff.

yeah - sorry. even dahs knows you don't set up a home server to handle your work email. I don't care what line of work you are in. being the US secretary of state only makes it much much worse.

Part-time Palm Beach billionaire and 2016 Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump continues to crush his opponents in Florida polling. A Florida Atlantic University Business and Economic Polling Initiative poll out Saturday shows Trump leading his fellow Republican candidates, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, by a whopping 23 points. Trump carries 44 percent in the poll, followed by Rubio and Cruz’s 21 percent, with Ohio Gov. John Kasich pulling only nine percent, and five percent of Florida voters still undecided.

Rubio supports the left wing rioters. He is a complete Benedict Arnold.

If he gets the nomination, I'm staying home.

Rubio is a panzy. He has no experience and its killing him. His handlers have him by the strings.

and by the way - he is only supporting them because he thinks it will hurt trump... which of course will backfire because clearly its a political move and thats exactly why so many people are supporting an outsider like trump.

Trump's call to arrest protesters came at a campaign event in Kansas City, Missouri, where he was repeatedly interrupted at the beginning of his address.

"I'm going to ask that you arrest them," Trump said to the police. "I'll file whatever charges you want. If they want to do this ... we're going to go strongly for your arrests."

Trump said arresting protesters would "ruin the rest of their lives" by giving them a "big arrest mark."

"Once that's starts happening, we're not going to have any more protesters, folks," Trump said.

^^^ You go Trump... Enforce the law. Way to go!

Protesting isn't against the law... Trump is demonstrating in advance that he doesn't care about the law if it's at odds with his interests.

Trespassing is against the law and disrupting private events on private property is trespassing. Trump is demonstrating his ability to eradicate a problem. He's right, start arresting people and see how many continue to try and disrupt his rallies. I bet it's far less.
