Trumps approval rating on par to BHOs and WJCs after their first two years and he lost a lot fewer seats in Congress than they did after their first midterms and both got re-elected....interesting right?
Interesting that you're leaving a whole lot of context out of Obama's low approval rating.

The economy is basically as strong as it can be. It's not like unemployment can ever get to actual zero and Trump's approval is still in the shitter.
Even though I'm not a fan of Trump, the Democrats will have a tough time beating him in 2020 if the economy stays as it is now. Who do you think should run against him?
I'd run a war vet and a moderate. Which neither Biden nor O'Rourke are.
What tf are you talking about? Biden is a moderate.
Biden said Romney would put black people back in chains. That is your definition of Moderate??!?!?! Are you kidding me.
One comment like that doesn't preclude him from being moderate. But he wouldn't be a great choice.

There will be a handful of Senators going for it---Harris, Booker, Brown, Gillibrand, Klobuchar. I like Klobuchar abut she's probably too moderate to really have a chance. Harris would slay in debates but might have issues in the mid-west because, well...racism.

Governor Inslee is probably a good dark horse right now.
LOL - OK....back to racism for Leftist bad luck. Nothing to do with the fact that Harris is utterly detestable. If the Dems run Panetta and Sinema they'd have a great shot IMO. If they run your people they will lose IMO. Although the debates between Trump and Spartacus would be entertaining.
What do you find detestable about Kamala Harris? She may be a bit far left but nothing she does seems detestable to me
I found her attitude during the Trump cabinet hearings and the Kavanaugh hearings detestable. Her expressions of disgust just because the people are from an opposing party rubbed me the wrong way. To me she exudes hatred and divisiveness.
Ummmmmmmmm. You might want to read that again, but slower.
No ****.

cccp, I have been meaning to ask you. Say you are walking through your daughter's school and when you pass the boy's locker room, you hear one of the boys talk about "grabbing girls by the *****". How would you feel? After all, its only locker room talk, right?

The 2018 midterm elections brought significant gains for Democrats, who retook the House of Representatives and snatched several governorships from the grip of Republicans.

But some were left questioning why Democrats suffered a series of setbacks that prevented the party from picking up even more seats and, perhaps most consequentially, left the US Senate in Republican hands.

Among the most eye-catching was a statistic showing Democrats led Republicans by more than 12 million votes in Senate races, and yet still suffered losses on the night and failed to win a majority of seats in the chamber.

I think to win, they need someone like Gavin Newsom. He just got elected governor, has been in politics a while, has ran a business, and he's in his 50s -not too old or young-.

I am indeed. I thought her behavior and that of Booker was terrible. They cried for an FBI investigation and when they got it and it didn’t go in their favor they still *******. Ridiculous.

I ve been in many locker rooms and have heard worse. And he said they let you grab their ***** when you’re famous. Context. The meaning was that when you are famous you get cool perks. 12 yr olds would not know that and should not talk like that but if they were 20, I would not care. I deal with people like DJT almost daily in my line of work. Maybe I have become callous to them but I like how he leads and how he fights. So far he has followed through on most of his campaign promises, the economy is thriving, my bank is having a record year, confidence in the corporate sector is very high, unemployment is very low, I feel safer with him at the helm of our military, I like that he has once again embraced Israel, I like that he gives me a choice whether or not to adhere to progressive dogma of transgender beliefs, open borders, Nationalized Healthcare and embracing dangerous cultures because you’re labeled a racist if you don’t.

I think gender dysphoria is a disease, we need strong border security, Nationalized Healthcare is a terrible idea and radical Islam is dangerous. The progressives call me racist for these beliefs and DJT says “no” you’re free to have these beliefs as an American.
