He drafted Mason for the frontcourt ast% needed when drafting Klay at SG. He's 96% at SF, so I assume he'll be at PF since Worm will play SF...
I'm not saying whether I agree or disagree with the pick, but I understand it.

Probably 10-20% of the actual player seasons are not the ones getting selected by the owner (two of mine are). However, for a holistic view, this does a good enough job of guessing which player seasons are being used given there isn't tremendous variation between the top couple seasons of most players. Also, usagePnts, oReb%, dReb%, ast%, and Def have a little basic math applied to them. Basically, it is (MinPer48*1.02/48)*stat. I like looking at it that way so it doesn't overvalue low minute players too much. Anyway, feel free to be annoyed about it. Just another way of looking at the teams.

I have this feeling you averaged out the eFG% instead of calculating it by (1/2 3PM + FGM) / FGA

If anyone wants to give me an eval, here’s what I’m using:

15-16 Steph
90-91 Porter
78-79 Maxwell
06-07 Boozer
07-08 Camby

^^^The Dreb% for my team should be 69.0% after 4 rounds (probably).. I'm still not sure which Pippen or Wallace seasons I'm using.. It depends on how things go...

?? I still don't understand... You have my team at 49%. Moses & Wallace add up to over 47% by themselves.. Maybe I don't get it-- but if it is accurate I'm shocked my rebounding is that terrible even without the PF position addressed yet...

It says right there in the post man:

I just don't understand how I have a 26%dreb that plays 42mins at PF or C a 21%dreb for 38 mins at SF, and 38 Mins of 12+ at SG and the numbers still say I suck.. That's all.. It doesn't make sense to me. SO, call me an idiot-- but I typically finish in the top 5 boards in both draft leagues... But.. anyway- the numbers don't lie.. I'm not arguing that... I'm just surprised they are what they are.

It is team based and not averaged at this point.

Part of the issue is it assuming 06-07 Gerald Wallace over 09-10 Gerald Wallace. That accounts for some of it. Pippen is up in the air. It just tries to make the best selection based on kind of arbitrary criteria (generalized scoring system specified by me). It doesn't always pick the same seasons you would. Like I said, I am using two different seasons than my tally says I should (higher D versions of Chandler and Ward). Once you have a bench, a PF and players other than Mark Price, I think your rebounding numbers will be fine.

I'm not trying to create some kind of perfect "everyone tell me who you are using and I will add it up" system. Just a general automated best guess system to keep track of the draft. It's just for fun.

Which Gerald are you using, Miles? 2010?
