I'm assuming that since I took an A's team with my first pick, then if we reach a point where 11 Pirates team have been chosen, they will be considered closed? Since I need to take a Pirates team with my 24th pick.

I am sure this situation will be a consideration in other leagues where an owner has more than 1 pick.

Correct. Tomorrow, i will update the division alignment post, and make sure those with two teams will have their second team reserved.
