1 Pick a day is my preference. Easier to manage. If one owner is very busy one day and doesn't get any picks made until the evening (which seems likely occasionally) then we have a cascade of other picks waiting for that franchise to be freed up. It seems like we might have a backlog of picks piling up towards the end of the day for a handful of owners. If we do go with 3 picks per day (and I do like the idea to speed up the draft) I think we might need to break the day up into times. Earliest Round deadline at 10am, next round by 3p, third round of the day by 8pm for example. That should help keep it organized and moving along each day. Just my thoughts on it. Either way I'm looking forward to this draft. Good luck y'all!
