WHAT THE ’F’ is WRONG WITH THIS? Topic

I just had a stretch where I won 22 of 25, then lost 13 straight. It happens.

Little known secret on this site is if you have fewer than 10 teams played, you can request a free team if you're not happy with the way one has turned out, just use the code word "mulligan" when submitting your request to admin. I've done this a few times with all my aliases...they're really good about it, it's just good customer service....have fun.

What does this have to do with any thing. After buy a 6 pack and they have your money time for simmy to make the new guy lose????
I've noticed I win a lot when I have no teams in reserve, but when I purchase a six pack I start losing, last time I mentioned it a few people agreed with me,

ynotjanns -- This is one case where you might want to hit the waiver wire for a little speed and power to mix things up. I had one team that was pure station to station baseball. It was the cheapest offense I could buy that still had an average OBP close to .400. They couldn't run and they couldn't hit for power -- a lot of Ferris Fain types. They started out hot and then hit an extended rough patch. I went to the WW for a very mediocre Omar Moreno and Maury Wills and a decent Larry Doby, and they caught fire and made the playoffs.
