thurst63, was that in a league that started after the new +/- distribution was implemented?

The numbers suggest that range isnt worth paying for. D range gloves aren't making all that many minus plays, not enough to justify the extra expense for good range. However good glove teams are winning and average glove teams are losing. Why is that? Is there some other factor that doesnt show up in the numbers? i'm befuddled by this latest update.

Thats good news for the rest of us.

Ok HOJO
29 minus plays ,1 every 5.59 games,So lets say his minus plays cost me 25% of the 29 games ( and I think that % is very high)
So HOJO D cost me 7 games
I bet a Nickle to a Dollar that his Bat and legs won me at least 30 games, And for me I can live with his 0---------------- Range,
But that is just me, I really think he won me more that 3 times as many games as he lost me.

thurst63, when did this league start play? How much of it was conducted under the new +/- distribution that started in mid-October?

By my math, even if a league started the day of the updates, and we count today as a full day of games, they'd only be at 159 games played. Realistically, there would have been no games the first day and not yet a full slate today, so somewhere around 153-155 games played at this point post-update for leagues starting immediately after the update.
