I just got him on a $100 Twist league. I used to use him alot and he was always great but in this league he is AUTOMATICALLY going to fail. He has been successfull in save opps half the time but those where all easy save opps. The legit save opps he failed.

90 Eck was the single greatest closer in real life without any competition besides MAYBE maybe Gagnes monster year. Wis must fix this. I should get a life but this really bothers me

i picked him to close out games for my first team ever. after 40 games he has 7 sv and 7 blown. he seems to dominate half his appearances and then he completely falls apart the others. I dont know. he will always be my favorite closer of all time. maybe i should only let him pitch the ninth.

I hate him right now. After 15 innings he has an 8.40 ERA, .353 oav, and 1.87 whip. 18 appearances and he's given up 2 or 3 runs in 5 of those appearances. Has the highest ERA on my team by over 3 runs other than my mopup.

Seems he still stinks. In a $160 mil league, he's getting bombed on every team he's on, regardless of stadium.

After 25 innings he has a 2.88ERA for me in a 255mil league. Second best ERA on my team is '95 Maddux with a 5.70..........its all small sample sizes, but I've never noticed anything wrong with Eckersly. Just give him a max pitch count of 15 and you can't go wrong.

His median ERA for the entire league is roughly 4.50. Thats darn good for 255mil (where almost everybody is in either Coors or Wrigley).

I just remember that, over a year ago, he was THE reliever to have in $255 mil leagues. He was the only one who could hold his own against lineups with 4 Babe Ruths. No more, I guess.
