I got mine in 3-4 days from amazon, have you recently asked admin to confirm the purchase? Mine were put on amazon in a form of credit, my e-mail from them explained how to use them...

I've sent in a ton of customer support tickets this month, and all have been responded to in 1-2 days without fail..

Tickets have been sent......the response was basically the same thing tz posted earlier in the thread. And its not a spam issue....they simply haven't processed my order yet.

Well into day 3 waiting for a response to my ticket asking whether anything is being done about the surge in crashes and freezes while playing live games.

The beginning of the end was when the Fox morons decided to ax the heart and soul of this site and it in the care of people who'd prefer to sit on their hands all day rather than do anything.

I am not the one cashing in rewards points, so I can not comment about this issue.

However, I have sent multiple (4-6) tickets in to support about various topics in the last week. Each time my tickets is replied to promptly and the issue resolved in a polite quick fashion.

No idea what's going on here, but support has been good for me
