Back in the day the ODL had specific rules regarding undrafted players and saleries/minutes played. I think there was some rule that no undrafted player could be over like 3M (?) and your 7 drafted players had to have the 7 most minutes on your team. I'm assuming rules like that have gone away? I'll pick as soon as I get a response.

I think there used to be language specifying that you had to start drafted players but maybe I imagined it

The rules only state "Each owner must use their drafted players." I take that to mean each drafted player must appear in each game (unless injured). No other requirements that I know of.

I think that last line means that you actually have to draft all of your drafted players. I don't see that line in previous ODL's so I assume it was put in to avoid another Norm Van Lier situation
