The problem is that his tax cuts target the rich and in order to get the cuts passed, he's going to have to repeal the ACA. So yeah, we have a problem. Luckily, he's incompetent, so neither will get done.

His tax cuts Target EVERYBODY. The top 10% of income earners pay some 80% of the tax burden so yeah, any tax cut could be viewed as 'favoring' the wealthy.

Both taxes and healthcare will get done. As will a border wall. Moy the Soothsayer says so.
