Hunter Biden and his longtime business partner Eric Schwerin were actively working behind the scenes in 2016 to solicit donations for a top former Biden adviser's congressional campaign while also working on Chinese business deals with the adviser's business partner, according to emails reviewed and authenticated by the Associated Press.

Francis "Fran" Person, who served in the Obama administration as an adviser to then-Vice President Biden and a special assistant to President Obama between 2009 and 2014, left the White House in late July 2014 for an advisory role at the University of South Carolina, his alma mater, before becoming the president of the Harves Group less than six months later in January 2015, according to his Linkedin profile that was deleted within the last three weeks.

Person frequently emailed with Hunter and Schwerin of the now-defunct Rosemont Seneca Partners about business dealings associated with the Harves Group in 2015 and 2016, and he made multiple visits to the White House during that time, including attending a White House holiday reception in December 2015 with Bo Zhang, the Chinese executive who founded the Harves Group and has ties to officials at some of the highest levels of the Communist Party of China.

Do you not trust the Associated Press?

National Archives had to push back on Trump the punk’s lies of the day.
The poor little schmuck said that Obama, an actual president took 33 million MILLION classified documents to Chicago.

NARA - corrected the Liar in Perpetuity. President Obama took zero. All of the classified docs from his administration are in Washington.
Millions of unclassified documents are stored in a National Archives facility in Chicago.
Even those he does not possess because they too are property of the United States government.

ESPIONAGE ACT

Certain top secret documents can never be declassified by anyone. Those are documents about nuclear weapons.
If Trump had those And refused to give them back it could be 20 years in a slammer.

The execution of Donald Trump for violation of the espionage act and for his theft and concealment of nuclear documents is on the table. A citizen can hope.

If the affidavit from the search and seizure gets revealed before the midterms it will be veddy veddy interesting to see how many republicans clam up and how many stay on board and how many feel forced to abandon ship.
Then depending upon how they publicly react how will it impact the voting in the midterms.
It certainly will help the dems and may lead to some flipping.

Talk about flipping Trump has a future where he will be flipping burgers for his colleagues at a prison complex.

The great intrigue is who was or who were the flippers - the leakers.

If Trump showed nuclear documents to anyone even the guy who did the laundry he will not get house arrest. They may have to build it special for him but that means jail unless he does everybody a favor and falls on his sword.

There are about 20% of republicans who are normal people and are basically all about the tax breaks. A lot of them will either vote dem or stay home for the midterms if they see candidates defend Trump after the affidavit is unsealed if it is.
People of the debased base could stay home if their candidates abandon Trump.

Hopefully the affidavit gets unsealed before the midterms.

A lot of people are uninformed about declassifying documents - that happens when you watch an outlet like Fox News.
A president can’t baptize documents and call them declassified.
It has to go through a formal process that often takes months. And at the end of the process the classified heading on the documents comes off.

It is apparent that the documents were never declassified. The archives would know if they were.
And some of the documents could not by law ever be declassified and could never physically leave the secure location where they are stored.

All of the documents that are classified at any level are literally stolen and could not be missing from the archives.

It is time for intelligent republicans to break the spell and break out of the echo chamber and appreciate facts again if they ever did.

I am happy to help.

Oh and BTW - if Trump gets convicted of one of the statutes where there is a 10 year sentence for each violation ( each document that was held onto ) it could mean a sentence of maybe 200-300 years or more.

TO QUESTION ANSWERS AND ANSWER QUESTIONS

It is a very very valid question to wonder why the FBI “stormed” the fortress after 18 months.
First, it sure cannot be said that the DOJ wasn’t cordial and non threatening.
Second, there were negotiations and eventually a subpoena because the DOJ did not trust Trump.
The response to a subpoena in June was met with a letter signed by a Trump atty that the DOJ had been given everything there was.
Sometime after that it appears that a witness notified DOJ about what was still there and other things and then after getting a judge to sign off the FBI went in.

I for one am flabbergasted that the process was so slow. Classified docs were voluntarily repatriated months ago.
But why was there so much deference and why was a man like Trump given any benefit of a doubt.

Throughout the year of 2021 the national archives and trump negotiated to get back documents. It took a whole year to get 15 boxes of documents many of them mutilated
and shockingly some classified documents.
Thats when it went up to the DOJ. - In February 2022. In May a subpoena was issued but as above the trump team denied that they had anything.
Sometime after the DOJ learned that the Trump team lied and hence the search and seizure.

The problem is that the National Archives let Trump string it out. The DOJ did take action with calls and then a subpoena AND they accepted what the Trump team told them. It was not until the tip off that the DOJ found out about top secret of the highest level and nuclear documents.

So bottom line is that the National Archives and the DOJ bent over backwards to accommodate Trump in ways he never deserved.

A SNITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE

Many are saying it was Jared and Ivanka.
Based on their testimony to Jan6 committee and Trump referring to his daughter as Ivanka Trump it is possible.

It is always possible that it could have been the butler.

It could have been a secret service agent(s).

It could have been the personal assistant.

Ivanka and Jared have not offered any public support.
