My own patented power ratings ; ) show McMurry #1, GAC #2 and the next 8 bunched so close it doesn't matter so it's just a guess. The edge seems to lean toward the teams with the best ATH and SPD and most of those are running FB/FCP although several running a combo defense are doing very well. This is going to be a helluva dogfight.

7 of the 8 teams on my original list are here in the Elite 8... which is kinda like a Vitale bracket (3 1-seeds and a 4 2-seeds). And my pick of George Fox as the best team in the country still looks strong.

Not quite sure how you were robbed, Brian... that team is the best on paper in the land and McMurry didn't lead in the entire 2nd half, George Fox outshot you and outrebounded you.

His crappy Sg cost me the win. His sg going for 16 pts when he was trumped talent wise by both my sg's. Maybe his A+ iq compared to my A- is the factor? As for a more talented team I honestly dont believe it was his but hey he did win.

I realize arguing the more talented team is pretty pointless since it's both subjective and extremely close. But his star SG is a rare post-potential perimeter sniper, with that 84 per... very few guys can match that. Your guys had speed and ath that were better (actually your starting SG had virtually the same speed as his), and ath can sometimes be a little overrated in guards, especially when his team was playing a triangle and zone, which don't really require a lot of ath or spd. His team couldn't function as an athletic press/motion or press/break team, but for what he runs, it's pretty damn good.

I know its subjective but my bakup sg who playes 22 min a game is way better then the guys that sg beat me. My starter is a wash really for 18 minutes a game. I know they are close teams but that guy shouldnt have scored more then 10. I am not trying to argue but I actually felt that would be an easy win with my Sg, Sf and Pf advantages.
