Is it legal to oppose abortion?

Is it legal to change abortion law?
1. of course not
2. What the Supreme Court was as dishonest as Plessy.
A Supreme Court can do anything. They could legalize murder and nothing could stop them without the Congress codification of the elimination of their finding.

Is it legal to be in favor of abortion rights ?

Is Abortion legal in states who have no law criminalizing.

What is your point beyond your silly questions?

It is just as legal to favor abortion as it is to oppose it.

Follow the law in your state.

Try to be nicer. It's not illegal but it is annoying.

HERE'S WHERE IT'S MENTIONED IN THE CONSTITUTION

In case you are confused by the Supreme Court decision, they struck away Roe v Wade legalizing abortion at a federal level saying it was a fundamental right of privacy until viability or the mother’s life was in danger. Each year there are just a few late stage abortions.

The new decision says there is no more constitutional
right and every state can write its own law.
So abortion is totally legal in states that want to allow it.

That's right. Roe vs. Wade is unconstitutional. I think you've finally got it.

People have a legal right to oppose abortion.

People have a legal right to support abortion.

That wasn't hard was it?

Now that the Abortion issue is settled here, please let me know if you ever need help in any other area.

I'm always happy to assist.

When i say late term i’m talking about very late term - 30 weeks and beyond.

Thank you.

Now that the abortion issue is settled here, please let me know if you ever need help in another area.

I'm happy to help my fellow man in any way I can.

i’m glad i was able to answer your questions.
Whenever you need clarifications of all aspects of a law ask me.

Again it is disgusting and un american to force a 10 year old to have to deliver a baby and even have a child so young in class.

Speaking of children................

You refer to a pregnant 10 year old girl.

Is this an actual case you can direct me to so I can look at it or is it a "what if" you are using to make a point?

And i am sure that the extreme majority of republicans would take that 10 year old to a state where abortion is still legal.

BTW - I assume that as the GOP calls it - it was a legitimate rape. Not my words - it is GOP language.

You figured out all by yourself that the tot was female.
That exceeded my expectation of you.

Oh. But again. Speaking of children................

You refer to a pregnant 10 year old girl.

Is this an actual case you can direct me to so I can look at it or is it a "what if" you are using to make a point?

You will have to get the news from mainstream news.
So just google it.
I know that you are afraid of mainstream news even wall street journal but you will have to hold your nose and find it.
Okay Bub?

O.K.

I don't understand why you're so unwilling to provide the information but If you want to make me look for it...O.K.

And try to get out of your nasty mood. It's very unpleasant trying to hold a conversation with someone so irksome.

You are correct. I do not like it when someone tries to put words into someone’s mouth which is what you did.
