I have a question about this strategy. The concept is brilliant, I'd like to say to begin and I respect jlg for finding such a dominant strategy. Obviously higher ast% = higher fg%, but I'm curious as too how much I can tweak this and still have a competitive team. Basically, I'd love to do a state farm team while adding my own spin on it. If I were to get a high volume scorer with a non-so-impressive fg% and just surround him with as much ast% as possible, would this be successful? For example, I take somebody like Elgin Baylor or Kobe (high scoring but fg% around 45%) and put them on a team with magics and stocktons and the highest possible assist percentages I can find, would this translate into wins? I understand this would be less efficient than Bron or Shaq even with the boost, but I was curious as to how much I can change the recipe without spending money on a losing team. Thank you in advance for any advice.
