has anyone ever heard of a 100% pitcher of 186 innings being pulled in the first inning after 18 pitches if the pitcher had a normal pitch count of at least 75 pitches.....the pitcher only gave up a few hits and a few runs....is it possible or did it have to be a 15 pitch count........most of the relievers were gassed in low 80s or 70s %

I've seen it happen. It all depends on your relievers and what settings you've chosen for their Inning Availability. If it's "any" (which looks like the case here), it means they can come in as early as the 1st if the starter is in trouble. And yeah, depending on your Call Bullpen setting (if it's say 3 or more), a few hits/few runs in one inning is considered "in trouble" by Sparky.

Good list, but you missed the one with maybe the most pertinent title:
DON'T DREAM IT'S OVER - CROWDED HOUSE

And while I'm here, check out this Brooklyn Dodgers first base coach from 1938:

This guy reminds me of somebody, but I can't quite put my finger on who!

unwritten rules.
BUNTING
why isnt it done more often........should it be done if a guy has a no hitter going.....maybe it should be banned.
ihope some people will chime in on this one...i kind of think bunting for a hit should be outlawed if you cant do it all the time....it is considered cheap or unfair then get rid of it.
We discussed this a bit in the MLB 2017 thread earlier this season when a pitcher had a perfect game broken up by a bunt single (I think it was in the 5th or 6th inning). Most agreed it was a legit play.

I can't think of any legal play that's attempted in order to win the game that I'd consider cheap or unfair.

no...there is the unwritten rule that you cant bunt for a hit past the 5th or 6th inning of a no hitter......that means it is a cheap hit or it is too hard to field.....if there is an unwritten rule - there is.... maybe there should be no bunting for hits.
I remember Ben Davis breaking up Curt Schilling's no-hit bid with a bunt single in the 8th... (Arizona manager) Matt Williams' rage was hilarious.

Any way to get on base.
