Down to only needing one final owner.  We have very simple rules.  The long and short of them being:  NO TANKING.  Other than that, it's pretty simple.  We tend to roll over faster than most leagues because we have such committed, fun loving owners and our World chat tends to be very pleasant -- no drama queens.
