I'm in even though the Alan Trammell, Lou Whitaker and Jack Morris should be but aren't.. I feel better now that I got that off my chest.

I have a question. What about the bench positions? Do all 25 roster spots have to be Hall of Famers?

YEP, All of the players on your team have to be HOF players that are Alive - there are plenty of them with lower than 400k salaries, i have 5 of them on my team with less than 300k, Plus - you DO have 140M to spend...
