On Jan 14th (that would be 10 days ago) I cashed in 17,000 reward points for $100 worth of Amazon Gift Certificates. Problem is I still haven't received the GC's.
On top of that I sent in support ticket to see what is going on, and of course received no response from WIS. The only thing I got was the infamous further review email, not even a response to my ticket. Well that was 4 days ago.

I checked my order history and the last 2 times I cashed in points for Amazon GC's I received them in less than 48 hours of requesting them.

Chalk up another awesome job by WIS support!

I guess the shake up in admin has slowed things down for a while. I cashed in over 89,000 points last October and it was only a few hours before receiving the Amazon GC's. Hang in there!

Both times I cashed in for Amazon GC's ($100 one time and $50 another), and the time I cashed in for Dick's GC ($50) it took 2-4 weeks each time. I just figured that was standard on GC's. I feel gypped now. :)

cashed in $225 on Jan 8 - got GC from Amazon Jan 13 (AOL stuck it in my spam folder tho)

I wish it was a spam problem.....but that is not the case.

Woohoo! I got a response.....still no GC's. Sounds like it could be awhile.

It took me a week as well.

Be patient, it comes. I got the KEn Burns series "Baseball." Interesting is an understatment hearing stories about all the guys we consistently draft. I recommend for anyone who uses this site.
