for those who choose to join us for another season they will have first opportunity to keep their franchise, switch to a new available franchise or just join us for one season. there will be no draft, draft formula, long waits in between seasons.

since there are 13 teams assigned to each league when we near the last few choices if four teams are taken in either Central division i will place the 5th team not taken into another division to give prospective owners another option. if we play this theme long enough for expansion teams to join we will make them an option at that pt

I'm intrigued, but I think I'm slightly over-extended at the moment. If it takes a little while to fill and I lose out in a couple of tourney's I'm in I'll join up, but otherwise I'll have to pass despite the interest.
