Link is bad, but I found the squad. This is the proper link www.whatifsports.com/nba-l/stats.asp?teamid=388010&view=4
Usage seems alright, but proper usage mix is only one part.
Ray Scott is an awful pick. 23.4% Usage with an eFG of 37.9%. That is true sim poison. Other than him I hate Russell, Digregorio, Gill, Wedman, and J O'Neil with a venomous hate. I think you get rookies in a ex league (I don't remember its been a couple of years). If you do you can drat 17.5K minutes and use the rest for the rookies.
Yao, Drexler, Parker (more on this later), and Wilt are not bad picks.
Do not be afraid to draft low usage rebounders. They can have a low eFG and not kill you because they will not take away shots but instead play D, rebound, and pass (as the stats allow) and you need much of that to win a game since that translates directly into points scored (or in defensive stats points not scored).
Rebounding is horrible you are getting killed in the possession battle with this. The only reason you aren't statistically getting killed in rebounds is because your team shoots at such a bad clip that they allow for more rebounding opportunities.
Assists are ok.
Defense is ok.
I do not like Tony Parker as a top usage guy other than your center tandem (which one does rebound his position well, and the other is Wilt) because Parker doesn't shoot enough 3's to really change a game.
You need a good amount of 3's to be competitive. Furthermore, you need a strong eFG. I do not feel as though you have achieved either.
