So we differ in that. People will always do stupid things. Get DUIs, do drugs, run from cops, etc. but we have law enforcement and a justice system to deal with it.

On the other hand, if the people that we trust to enforce the law are instead murdering people and not facing justice, it's a much bigger problem.

If cops are racist, are black people more or less likely to cooperate?

If I were black, and innocent, and thought any percentage of cops were racist murderers, I'd just do what they told me.   After all, I don't think the racist, murderous cops were a special badge so you can tell in advance.

Of course, if I were black and not so innocent, I might take my chances on not getting a racist murdering cop and make a run for it.

I'm arguing that one black man not being murdered in an encounter with police isn't proof that we don't have a problem with racist cops.

Crawford wasn't breaking the law and was still murdered. The responsibility falls on the cops to not murder, regardless of what others do.

  What BL is saying here is still under investigation and we can't comment. These files are sealed until our client can run back to MSNBC for a cleansing of mind and spirit.  He is running away so there is no need to shoot him in the back.  Now.  Perhaps later.
