Guy runs from cops. Cop tackles him and slams him into the ground. Reasonable.

Guy runs from cops. Cop murders him. Not reasonable.

Guy goes into Walmart. Picks up toy gun sold by Walmart. Swat team takes him out, no questions asked. Not reasonable.

Let me guess.   BL is arguing, if you disobey a cop's orders, you shouldn't be shot.    Well, no ****, genius.   However, since that possibility exists, seeing as there are ****** cops, wouldn't it just be better to do what the cop says?   I like to "know my rights" but I like not being shot more.
