We may never know what really happened in the Brown shooting, what we do know for certain is that raucous was right, Ferguson police should be outlawed because they are a bunch of racist *************.

I don't even think you read this article. the whole premise for racism in the FPD is that the system is revenue driven... revenue driven is not equal to racially driven. My favorite part was "from 2007 to 2014, the woman was arrested twice, spent 6 days in jail, paid $550 to the court for events stemming from this single instance of illegal parking" She was parked ILLEGALLY. Love how they gloss over that. then they didn't highlight the part where she was charged (and fined) with missing SEVEN court dates. sorry but a white dude that got an illegal parking ticket, does not pay it, and misses 7 court dates would be in the same position as this lady. The rules are the rules. Thats on her, not the PD. i fail to see the SYSTEMATIC racism here... only that the system is revenue driven, not racially driven. Even the racist emails are such a small portion of all emails sent that it supports tec when he says there are racist individuals in the justice system but the system itself is not racist. Of all black drivers stopped, 91% received citations, while of all white drivers stopped 87% receive citations. That doesn't sound like preferential treatment to me. This DOJ report is about as jaded to suit a narrative as the CIA report that came out a few months ago. believe what you want.
Jail time for a parking ticket?

Those are just highlights. Feel free to read the rest of the DOJs report that says the police in Ferguson are racist.
Jail time for a warrent for failure to show up in court.

I looked at the report. Maybe you can point out where there is a comparison of other revenue driven systems (which are in pretty much all cities) where we can compare just how racist this particular's system is... And where are the white person 'antidotes' of police abuse, or hispanic abuse, etc for that matter? Am I to believe that not 1 single white person in 8 years was harrassed by the police for illegal parking or failure to show up for court? Seriously, hand picking a few scenarios out of 10s of thousands of arrests equals rampant systematic racism? This report is clearly intended to fit a narrative of racial bias.
I don't think you actually read it. It's 105 pages. It calls the Ferguson police force racist in the summary and then spends pages 60-90 specifically detailing how the force is racist.

I never accused Wilson of a hate crime. I accused him of being a ****** cop and making a criminally bad decision.
That sounds more like mike's argument , not yours. Mike has stated over and over that some cops are ****** cops and this one may or may not be guilty... And that the justice system should determine that, not the lynch mob or the media.
I think Wilson is part of a racist police force. I'd bet that Wilson is also racist. I know that charging someone with a hate crime is a high bar to clear and no one expected it from the start. The only chance Wilson had at being charged with a crime was from the DA and we all know that DA's don't like to charge cops with crimes.
"I'd bet that Wilson is also racist."

And this supposition is based on what?
Based on the fact that he was a member of a police force that was disbanded because it was racist. And then he joined the Ferguson PD which the DOJ determined is also racist.
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!

That's EXACTLY the same application of logic that's used in racial profiling, which I believe you've railed against somewhere in this very thread.

"You're a black person living in a town with a high crime rate among black people.  You're probably guilty of something!"

Well played.  Good job.
I'm not racially profiling him. He's been a member of two small groups found to be racist. If someone was a member of a gang that had a reputation for selling drugs, it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that that person also sells drugs.

So the Ferguson PD is a "gang"?

Don't use analogies, BL. It confuses Miketec.

Only the really dumb one.   Like comparing poker to run scoring in MLB.

BTW, who the **** would read 105 pages of a DOJ report?

I don't believe anyone, on this board, read it.

No, it's an analogy, dummy.

Poker is a good analogy to an MLB at bat. Both are driven by probabilities.

It's a ****-poor analogy, as poker is driven pretty much exclusively by probabilities, while probabilities only play a minor role in a MLB at bat.

But only "knowing" the game of baseball by analyzing stats, you wouldn't understand that.

Why don't you tell us how less team strikeouts equal more team runs.

I already did.  I think you were too preoccupied in using your awesome profiling skilz in identifying racists to keep up.

LOL.

Largely luck of the draw.    Most people can "learn" poker or at least the probabilities.   Only a select few can "learn" to play baseball at the MLB level.

More dumbassery so early in the morning.

Oh cool. I guess we can look and see if teams that strike out less score more runs.
