So you saw what happened before the video started? Can you share what happened prior to when he was walking and calling the cops racist?

Let's ignore, for the moment, the idea that the security guard asked him to leave a public seating area that has
publicly invited people to sit and rest.
Imagine the security guard says, "excuse me sir, this is an employees only area. You need to leave."
Lollie responds, "**** off, I don't see a sign."
"Sir, if you don't leave I'll call the cops."
"Go ahead."
So what? You said yourself that the guard can't press charges. Only the cops can do that. The video starts with the cop walking with Lollie saying that she'd just like to find out what happened "back there."
Lollie was already leaving the seating area when the cops arrived. That can't be trespassing.
