Did tisi purposely draft guys that wouldn't sign?

Also, my dude upped his demands more than I expected. They jumped up by more than I budgeted.

Baily was the best SP I saw in the draft, if he signs, he will be very dangerous at petco.  I dont know that any draftee whose agent is "mother" has ever signed.

And Taylor Potts named Texas Tech's starting quarterback. Awesome. I should rape cbriese in FCF with that.

question for you - how many yards you think he'll throw for if he starts 12 games as compared to under Leach?

I had him around 10 or 11.

I had him #5, probably dropped due to signability - he's a steal if he signs.

It doesn't seem like the offense is changing that much. I think he'd be around 4,000 yards and 30-35 touchdowns, though.

Is this juice worth the squeeze of finding another few million to transfer to prospect budget? Or should I be content to get a pick next year?

that would be maybe 700-1000 yards lower than under leach?

Nah.  Let him go.

I thought it was actually a conservative estimate.

They won't be as good as they were in the Harrell/Crabtree days. They'll be highly productive and a top five passing offense, but they also have better running backs than in years past.

If I can get the money naturally, I'll do it. But I don't know if it's worth selling off a prospect for.

Thats a pretty solid bat / defense combination.  If you can move money in, he looks like he could be worth it.  Seems like similar player to the Japanese SS I signed earlier in the season.
