Update v1.0.1 - I made the same change that I made in the recruiting tool for mass recruiting.  I'm just assuming it's needed here.

Well, not literally, but pretty close.  I present you with my latest tool, yatzr's Recruit Action Scheduler (I couldn't think of a better name, I'm open to suggestions).  This is a standalone tool completely separate from my other recruiting tool.  I whipped this baby together a little while ago, but was only now able to test it with my recruiting in Wilkinson.  This is my gift to the WIS community.  You can thank all the generous donors...if not for them, I wouldn't have had the ambition to make this.  If you find this tool to be very useful, and if you haven't already, please consider making a donation.  My paypal information can be found here:
www.gdreports.com/tools/yatzr

Features:
  • Pull in your watchlist
  • Pull in the recruit action costs for your recruits
  • Enter all the recruit actions that you'd like to do
  • Enter as big a number as you want for any of the actions that you can do more than once (my answer to CV dropdown)
  • Do the actions instantly, or enter a number of hours/minutes to wait
Here's how you use it:
1.  Enter your GD username and password.

2.  Enter your Team ID (go here if you don't know your team id).

3.  Hit "Load Watchlist" - note that recruits will show in the order they are on your watchlist

4. OPTIONAL - Hit "Get Recruit Costs" (this can take a few minutes if you have a large watch list)

5. Enter the recruit actions that you want to do.  There is a dropdown for PT, and checkboxes for FR, SO, and scholarship.  Just enter numbers for everything else.  You can enter as big of a number as you want.  VERY IMPORTANT - after entering a number, make sure to hit enter or click outside of that cell.  If the cursor is still in that cell, it will not register that you put a number there.

6. Hit "Do Actions" (it won't actually do the recruit actions yet)

7. OPTIONAL - Enter the number of hours and minutes to wait before doing the recruit actions.  You can put in as big a number as you want.  Something to note - I have no idea if this will prevent your computer from going to sleep.  I would assume that it doesn't, so adjust your computer accordingly.

8. OPTIONAL - Select to use dropdowns.  If this is checked, the program will use dropdowns for things like AC Phone Call, AC Scout, etc.  So if I choose to send 10 AC Scouts to a recruit, it will first do an action selecting 7 AC Scouts and then do an action selecting 3.  If this is not checked, it will just do 10 actions selecting a single AC Scout.

9. Hit "GO" - the status will say "Complete" when it's done.  VERY IMPORTANT - closing the popup will not cancel any recruit actions that you just told it to do.  If you need to cancel them, close the whole program.

I would've provided a screenshot, but it pretty much gives away my whole recruiting strategy.  I'll put up a proper page for this later.  Please let me know if you find any issues.

Edit: My disclaimer - I've tested this and know it works for me.  However, you're still using this at your own risk.  If you somehow manage to completely hose your recruiting class, you can't blame me

Can you change or cancel the actions before they run?

That's a good question.  I honestly don't know what will happen if you just close the little popup.  For now, if you need to cancel it, I would close the whole program.

Edit: I tested it out, and closing the little popup does NOT cancel any recruit actions that you told it to do.  If you need to cancel, just close the program.  I'll add in a proper cancel button in for the next release.

Dang, mad props man.

Dude, you're the man. It's so simple, even I can use it.

So now yatzr will know each recruting action you've done and how much you've spent, if you happen to be recruiting against him.

Works Great.  Thanks, Yatzr.

So which one does yatzr receive first from WIS, a job offer or a cease and desist order?

You saved my job and my GD "career". Thanks.

If yatzr worked for WIS we'd get updates every couple of months.

You damm him with faint praise, quietman. I bet updates would fall like spring rain.
